Celebrating our 2025 STEM Scholarship Recipients

  • August 13, 2025

Congratulations to our 2025 Scholarship Winners

We’re thrilled to announce the recipients of our 2025 STEM Scholarship! We believe these young engineers are the future of manufacturing. But first, thank you to all who applied to our STEM Scholarship!

This year, we awarded $1,000 scholarships, renewable for up to three additional years, to four outstanding local engineering students who are enrolled at a college or university pursuing a degree in a STEM related field. We also awarded $1,000 scholarship renewals to four recipients from last year.

Our recipients have shown exceptional promise in their pursuit of STEM fields while also embodying our core values. This group is hungry, humble, and smart. Our team, Chris Wallbank, Tracey Fletcher, Brad Williamson, and John Dasharion, had a chance to celebrate with recipients and their families during our scholarship dinner.

Andrew Pressman: Andrew graduated from Marine City High School with a 3.8 GPA. While in high school, he was a member of a BWARA FIRST Robotics team and a Sound Director in theatre all four years. Andrew plans to attend the University of Michigan studying Mechanical Engineering/Robotics.

Baileigh McRobie: Baileigh graduated from Port Huron Norther High School with a 4.5 GPA. She was a member of a BWARA FIRST Robotics team, JV soccer, student council, and several other school clubs. Baileigh plans to attend the University of Michigan studying Mechanical Engineering.

Chloe Furtah: Chloe graduated from St. Clair High School with a 3.8 GPA. She served as Captain of her BWARA FIRST Robotic’s team while also participating in Varsity bowling, choir, and working part-time. Chloe plans to attend Kettering University studying Engineering/Robotics.

Myles Alderdyce: Myles graduated from Port Huron High School as Valedictorian with a 4.5 GPA. He was a three-sport athlete participating in football, lacrosse, and powerlifting. He was also part of the quiz bowl team all while working part-time. Myles plans to attend Western Michigan University studying Mechanical Engineering.

In addition, we awarded scholarship renewals to last year’s four recipients:

Amelia Mills, Michigan State University
Gabi Hudson, Ferris State University
Kate Kohl, Ferris State University
Luke VanderHeuvel, University of Michigan

We also acknowledge and celebrate the parents, families, and schools for your support in helping these young minds grow. This scholarship reflects your impact!
