Interning at PJ Wallbank Springs has given me valuable industry experience and allowed my manufacturing and engineering knowledge to expand beyond what I have learned in my studies. Coming out of my first year at University, I needed to gain hands-on experience to ensure I am taking the right path, and PJ Wallbank has allowed me to do that.
From the first day, every person I have crossed paths with has been kind and willing to help in any way possible. The projects we signed up to work on expanded across the whole company to allow a well-rounded understanding of how a manufacturing business works.
What sets the P.J. Wallbank internship program apart from others is its holistic approach to skill development. Focusing on hard and soft skills has molded me into a well-rounded engineer. This was done through learning sessions that touched on topics in leadership, sales, and personal branding, among others.
